These terms are not our service agreement

These Terms of Use apply to your use of the website only. They are not the terms of any engagement for our services. Our Foundation Plan, Growth Plan, hosting and other services are provided under a separate proposal and agreement, which we present to clients directly. Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance, and no client relationship is created until we have both agreed a written proposal.

Intellectual property

All content on the website — including text, graphics, logos, design, and the Cardo platform and its interfaces — is owned by or licensed to 89 Digital Limited and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own reference, but you may not reproduce, distribute, modify or use any part of the website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Website reports, estimates and information

Any free website report, health check, estimate or indicative pricing provided through the website is for general information only. It is based on automated checks and the information available at the time, may not capture every factor relevant to your website, and does not constitute a formal quote, a guarantee of results, or professional advice you should rely on without confirmation from us. Any work we carry out is scoped and priced in a written proposal.
