Ian has been designing and developing websites since the early days of the internet, when Flash and Dreamweaver were all the rage. Originally from the UK, he has worked in agencies in London, Sydney and Auckland, and has spent the last two decades helping businesses across New Zealand and beyond grow their digital presence. Many of those relationships are long-term partnerships, supporting businesses as they scale from startup to multi-million-dollar operations.
Ian is a full-stack developer with deep expertise in WordPress and WooCommerce. His focus is technical performance, site stability, and building platforms that hold up under real-world conditions. He believes in doing things the right way, and he’s often the go-to person for rescuing sites that have run into trouble elsewhere.
Hayley Fraser

With over 15 years in senior sales and marketing roles across the tourism and travel sectors, Hayley brings a deep commercial understanding of how businesses operate, sell, and move customers to act.
She blends this sector experience with technical expertise spanning copywriting, SEO, Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO), and performance marketing. Working closely with clients, Hayley refines brand messaging and elevates search visibility across traditional Google search and emerging AI tools like ChatGPT and Perplexity. Hayley also leads Google Ads management for clients, pairing data-driven optimisation with a hands-on, strategic human touch.
