Ian has spent the last two decades helping businesses across New Zealand and beyond grow their digital presence, through long-term partnerships that help businesses scale from startup to multi-million dollar operations.
Ian specialises in WordPress and WooCommerce, with a strong focus on technical performance, site stability, and building platforms that hold up under real-world conditions — including the kind of traffic spikes that expose poorly built sites. His approach is practical and performance-led: no shortcuts, no bloated page builders, no problems left to resurface later.
Hayley brings over 15 years in sales and marketing roles across the tourism and travel industry — not as an observer, but as someone who has worked inside it at a senior level. She understands how businesses think, how they sell, and what actually moves their customers to act.
Alongside deep sector knowledge, Hayley brings hands-on expertise in copywriting, SEO, AI search (GEO), and Google Ads optimisation. She works closely with Growth Plan clients to refine their messaging, improve search visibility — across both traditional Google and AI-powered tools like ChatGPT and Perplexity — and ensure their websites are aligned with trends and how people actually search and engage online today.
